Simply purchase one or more sheets of PhotoStamps from August 2007 through July 2008. Each month, three finalists will receive a commemorative PhotoStamps sheet with their winning design and will be entered into the Grand Prize contest. You can enter as many times in any month and every month during the contest period. The winners will be announced August 31, 2008.
